Our sustainable production system and our approach to work have always been inspired by respect for the environment, ethics and transparency.

In line with our company culture at Vincent Kitchens & Design Inc., we pursue practical strategies aimed at making production increasingly sustainable, respecting environmental resources and people, and offering a certified product with minimum impact on the natural ecosystem.

Ethics, authenticity and sustainability

have always been central to every phase of our work and form an integral part of our company culture.

Stosa Cucine has been applying a strict quality control protocol for over 10 years, implementing actions aimed at improving production and using specific criteria to carefully select suppliers. We also pay the greatest attention to the impact that our manufacturing processes can have on the environment.
As a result, we have decided to create and form part of a supply chain that shares the same commitment as an essential aspect of ethical manufacturing.
Stosa Cucine obtained Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certification in 2012. Today, we have achieved the goal of offering our customers products made from certified materials.
We are also committed to converting all the kitchens in our range into products made from certified wood sourced from a supply chain that supports responsible forest management, without any increase in price to our end customers.

FSC® CERTIFICATION

Since the first stone was laid at Stosa Green Park, we have come to realise that what we initially saw as an industrial development plan actually represents far more. The concept behind our “Green Park” has gradually grown to incorporate all the social responsibility initiatives that we have pursued over the years.
Understanding this led us to publish our first ever Stosa Cucine Sustainability Report.
This report expresses our commitment to serving as a front-line force in support of the people who work in
our factories, the local community from which we have sprung and which continues to shape our future, and the planet on which we live – a planet that requires us to do everything we can to protect it, more than ever before.
Our Sustainability Report is the result of a far-ranging project that has been completed according to an internationally accredited, scientific method that distinguishes our company among the top players of our sector. Stosa Cucine is the first Italian company in the kitchen furniture sector to publish a sustainability report based on GRI Standards, the leading system for reporting ESG impacts.
The Report uses over 100 indicators to measure ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) impacts and establishes three-yearly targets for improvement on which we are determined to focus our attention.

Ecologically Sustainable Packaging

Starting in 2016, Stosa Cucine began a virtuous journey to reduce the use of plastic in furniture packaging.
Today, our packaging is based on cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape and cardboard corner guards.
A significant investment was made to convert our systems and to permit the change to a new concept in protective furniture packaging. New machinery included automatic taping machines that seal the flaps. A continuous automatic line was also installed to reduce waste to a minimum.
Currently, our packaging is 98% cardboard.
Thanks to these developments, in recent years we have reduced our plastic consumption by over 50,000 kg a year.
